Although we try to get your proof to you within 24 hours, we do ask that you give us up to 48 hours in the event that we are busy. Most of the time, you will receive your proof within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 1 business day for any changes after the proof is initially emailed. Often, simple changes such as to text or fonts will be made within hours. If you are requesting major design changes that include different color schemes or design elements, proof updates will often take 2-3 business days. If you decide to cancel your order after your proof has been completed but prior to printing, you will be refunded all but $10 to cover our designer's time.

Due to the time spent working on proofs, we do not offer this service. You will receive unlimited digital proofs on your one design and your card will not be printed until you approve it. If you decide to cancel your order after viewing your proof, you will be refunded all but $10 for the designers time.

f you are unable to wait 48 hours for your proof, you can choose to skip the proofing process all together(although I strongly suggest you not do this). We will design the invitation and email you the design in a high resolution JPEG file that you can use to print your invitations at the lab of your choice. With this option, you could print your invitations at a one hour photo lab and have them the same day you receive your proof!

The JPEG file is the same format as if you were to take a photo using your camera. You simply need to upload it to a photo lab(ie, walmart.com), or save it to a disk to take to the lab to print as a 4x6 image. Printing in a Matte or Luster finish will give you the optimal result. You can also print the file at home using your own printer the same way you would print any other document. You may also email this high resolution JPG file to your guests via email.

Absolutely! Simply purchase our JPEG file and we can design your print to any size you need. We'll need to know prior to starting on your proof what size you'll be printing, and where you are going to have them printed simply because many places require the use of specific templates that we would need to design your proof according to.

Yes! All the cards are interchangeable! If you like a wedding card but would like to turn it into a Birthday Card, then we can do that! Check out with the design that you like and we will make it your unique card!

No problem! We can alter or combine any of our designs, OR create a custom design for you. Send me an email ([email protected]) with what you had in mind; be it a picture of a card you saw and liked, or just an idea you have in your head. In the case of a custom design, we do ask that you allow up to 72 hours for your proof. Additional fees may apply.

Yes, but only if you have a copyright release from the photographer or studio. Because of copyright laws, we can not use a professional photograph without their written release. To avoid delays, we suggest requesting the copyright release from your photographer before placing your order. By submitting your photos to us, you agree that you hold the copyright or have obtained permission from your photographer to use the photos for the purpose of creating a photo card. You agree that you accept full responsibility for the use of the photos you submit.

We recommend no smaller than 1200x1800. If the photo is scanned, you need to be sure that it is scanned at a minimum of 300dpi with 600dpi being preferred. We request that you send the original, full-size and unaltered version of your photograph. This means that the photo should be exactly as it was downloaded from your camera. It should be at least size 1200x1800 and/or greater than 150kb. We can not guarantee the quality of any photo that is smaller in size. The quality of that size or less is not suitable for print. We cannot guarantee the print quality of any photo that has been altered or adjusted in size. If there is any question as to whether your chosen photograph(s) will work, we will evaluate it for you at no charge prior to working on your print.

We put a lot of time into our designs and we ask that you choose only one design for your proof due to the time it takes to create your print. If you would like to see more than one design, we would be happy to do so for an additional fee of $7.50 per design. This fee will be paid via invoice prior to the proof being completed.

Yes, however you must provide us with all the text in the language of your choice. As we are unable to proof the text, we can not be held responsible for any errors.

There is no need for you to edit your photos. We will crop and edit them for you. We can convert them to black and white or sepia, remove red eye, and fix minor blemishes. Please send us the original, unedited version to maintain the highest possible quality.
